Sashimi is prepared fresh to order from the best part of the fish, served on a bed of ice with a garnish of cucumber and daikon radish, pickled ginger and wasabi paste.

Soba in yakisoba means Chinese noodles (Chuuka soba) made from wheat flour and stir fried with meat, vegetables and yakisoba sauce. The dish first appeared on food stalls in Japan in the 1930s.
